We went to the hotel restaurant, Restaurant Zur Linde, for dinner. We ordered Tagliatelle with Parmesan and white tomato soup which was very thick and tasty. Our pasta was served as in the photo I've included here. All the garnishes were sitting on top of the noodles. We mixed our own pasta, stirring in the Parmesan cheese and the greens.The Stille Wasser came in a very decorative bottle that mimicked wine.
