Get out your Cuisinart food processor. Take the finely meshed holes blade for the carrots and the cutting blade for cabbage out of the set of accessories. Scrape the carrots to prepare. Then one by one feed them into the food processor. After you finish with all six, cut the cabbage into small sections and feed them into the food processor using the cutting blade. Mix the results and divide into two smaller bowls for ease of mixing. Measure out one and a quarter cups of mayonnaise and mix into the first bowl. Do the same with the second. Then measure out one quarter cup of sour cream and mix into the first bowl. Ditto with the second. If you have a big crowd, now combine the bowls. Otherwise keep them separate for separate meals. Season to taste with pepper. The coleslaw should be good and creamy. It is the perfect addition to steaks and beans or even potato salad for a summer holiday meal.
